S.F. Express Corporation is currently looking for IT Pre-sales Solutions Consultant ???????? based in Los Angeles.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for communicating with customers in technical programs including technical plans/solutions and demonstration of application systems
2. Liaise with IT team to build site network environment, and to participate in developing and testing/debugging systems for customers
3. Work closely with project manager to align program implementation and final delivery with customers’ perspectives
4. Collect customers’ feedback on user experience and sort out demand problems.
5. Maintain a strong business relationship with customers
Qualifications:
1. An organized, strong team player who can take responsibilities and assist in designing, responding bidding document, and following up user experience
2. Have a basic knowledge of Linux and Cloud; Have some experience about hardware assembling and maintenance; Have ability to analyze and solve problems during the system deployment;
3. A good understanding in general technology of networking and debugging; Assist in building the site network environment independently and coordinate resources at sites
4. Bachelor degree majored in computer science, software engineering, information technology, electronic information, and communication engineering; 3-5 year work experience in internet companies or in chip manufacturers assigned for software & hardware integrated projects is preferred
5. A good promoter with clear mind, independent thinking, good communication skill and coordination skill
6. Experience in visual effect or visual design a plus
7. Ability to work under pressure; Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred
