Internet Director
We are looking for a highly experienced Internet Director.
The chosen candidate will be replacing the former director who led the team successfully for nearly 10 years.
The ideal applicant will have strong people skills to lead and motivate a large team, balancing high volume with solid gross profits.
The person will have a good attitude about working hand in hand with all depts.
of the store and partnering with retail Sales Management.
Position reports directly to GSM or GM.
YOU:
– Extensive experience in Sales Management.
– Extensive experience managing an Internet team.
– Current experience as an INTERNET DIRECTOR in a high volume dealership.
– Experience in L.A.
or large metro market with new, used, and subprime background.
– Experience with online marketing, social media, SEM, SEO, etc.
– Experience organizing online marketing for Fixed Ops depts.
such as Parts and Service Depts.
– Reynolds and Reynolds experience a PLUS.
– Professional appearance and demeanor.
– Excellent organization, follow-up, and phone skills.
– Bilingual a PLUS.
– MUST have true leadership qualities and be able to follow through with assigned tasks.
– MUST be self-motivated with a track record of taking initiative and showing results.
– CLEAN driving record (valid CA DL rqrd), Sales License, background check and drug test required.
