TikTok LIVE team’s mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.

Multi-Guest is an innovative feature on TikTok LIVE, transforming the way creators interact with their audience. By allowing a single host to connect with up to 8 guests simultaneously, Multi-Guest fosters an engaging live streaming experience. This feature not only enhances content diversity but also significantly boosts followers and LIVE earnings for creators.

We are seeking Multi-Guest LIVE Operations Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in scouting, recruiting, and nurturing talented creators to leverage the Multi-Guest feature, creating diverse and captivating content. Your primary goal will be to maximize content variety and quality, thereby contributing to our revenue objectives.

Responsibilities
– Identify and recruit potential creators with a knack for engaging and interactive LIVE sessions using the Multi-Guest feature.
– Develop and implement training programs to educate creators about the benefits of Multi-Guest, including strategies to increase LIVE earnings, viewership, communities, and followers.
– Work closely with creators to brainstorm and execute innovative content ideas that leverage the Multi-Guest feature to enhance viewer engagement and content diversity.
– Monitor and analyze performance metrics of LIVE sessions utilizing Multi-Guest, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
– Plan and execute campaigns and programs designed to amplify the reach and impact of creators using the Multi-Guest feature, driving broader audience engagement and content virality.
– Foster a community of creators who are proficient in utilizing Multi-Guest, encouraging collaboration and exchange of best practices.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Multi-Guest LIVE operations with broader business and revenue goals.
– Stay abreast of trends in the LIVE streaming landscape, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
– Proven at least 5+ years experience in social media or LIVE streaming platform operations and creators management with a strong preference for candidates familiar with TikTok LIVE.
– Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to network and build relationships with creators of diverse backgrounds.
– Strong analytical skills, comfortable with metrics and data-driven execution; ability to recap progress and validate impact thru self-serve data

Preferred Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
– Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into actionable plans.
– Highly organized, with a track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
– Passionate about the digital content landscape, with a keen interest in live streaming trends and technologies.
