We are looking for a qualified Information Security Compliance Manager to ensure compliance with our audit obligations and drive continual improvement in our risk and cybersecurity posture.
Responsibilities will include performing reviews, assessments, and audits, as well as conducting research and facilitating communication to internal and external stakeholders where necessary.
The position will also support policy formation to support security, compliance, and audit needs.
A successful Information Security Compliance Manager will be a motivated individual with a foundation and passion for security and compliance, as well as superb organization and communication skills.n n Responsibilitiesn Manage, track, and report progress on large-scale security assessments from start to finish.
Improve existing compliance programs and processes.
Coordinate directly with clients and third parties as they conduct assessments and audits.
Conduct internal security risk assessments and security compliance audits.
Establish IT security audit procedures relevant to SOC2, ISO27001,GDPR and CCPA Collect, analyze, and prepare reports required for senior management, regulators, and other relevant stakeholders Document, investigate, and report cybersecurity compliance issues and incidents, where necessary.
Evaluate security incidents for violations of privacy principles or legal standards.
Understand, develop, and deliver meaningful reports on the company’s state of security compliance to business leaders and stakeholders.
Lead the escalation and resolution of any security risk and compliance issues.
Develop and maintain a vendor security and compliance program.
Conduct security audits of vendors.n n Requirementsn Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Information Systems, or similar field.
2-5 years experience in a role related to security compliance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong data analysis skills using spreadsheets.
