Influencer Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced marketer to own and manage our Influencer Marketing strategy across gifting, events and activations, and social content.

This person will be responsible for the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns across social and offline channels.

They will also manage our growing influencer team and help optimize and scale our existing programs, reporting into the Director of Marketing.

It’s an exciting opportunity to own an important piece of our growth engine and have an immediate impact on the business.

Experience managing Influencer Marketing for Direct to Consumer brands is required.

Responsibilities
Oversee influencer team and manage influencer gifting to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness Manage, expand and motivate the influencer team to increase paced of sends and subsequent organic impressions; coach team on how to manage influencer selection, negotiations, delinquency and engagement Continuously optimize the influencer gifting process to maximize efficiency including outreach templates, order placement process, send tracking process, self-serve reporting etc Work cross-functionality to align influencer strategy around the merchandising calendar, major marketing initiatives, store and experiential events Develop and manage new influencer initiatives, online and offline, that deepen our relationships with key influencers and supports content creation (LA activations, festival partnerships etc..) Develop and manage an editorial calendar of influencer-generated social content that we can leverage across all our social channels (ie.

styling videos, unboxing, live takeovers, etc..) Investigate social technologies and emerging platforms to uncover opportunities for ongoing growth and innovation Manage User-Generated-Content; build the team and monitor all UGC submissions, tag with relevant product, implement reporting tools, maximize catalogue coverage Measure and report on program performance using in-house analytics and third-party tools; share insights and results with cross-functional and exec stakeholders on monthly basis
Requirements
5+ years of experience managing influencer marketing for a direct to consumer brand Experience in fashion or e-commerce preferred Deep understanding of and passion for the brand, our customer and our voice A master relationship builder

– you know who’s cool.

who’s not and can talk the talk Familiarity with social media analytics and measurement tools; ability to distill insights from several sources into strategic learnings High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint / Keynote Management experience required; proven ability to build and motivate teams
