POSITION DESCRIPTION We are looking for a sharp, forward-thinking, solution-oriented Influence Marketing Manager. This role will be responsible for managing and executing strategic influencer programs and campaigns for Phidel clients.
This role will work cross functionally with Paid Media team and Brand teams to ensure that the influencer strategy is aligned with top line strategic initiatives and ensure they are supported with the necessary data to make informed decisions and to ensure that the influencer lever is part of the growth strategy. Responsibilities Develop brand ambassador programs and influencer campaigns from end to end Manage influencer selection, outreach, negotiations, delinquency and engagement Develop and manage outreach templates, tracking and follow up processes Manage User-Generated-Content: monitor all UGC submissions and organize deployment of content cross clients brand social channels + paid campaigns Measure and report on campaigns/programs performance using in-house analytics and third-party tools.
Share insights and results with cross-functional teams and clients on monthly basis Work cross-functionality with our internal team and with the client’s team to align influencer strategy around the client marketing calendar and brand objectives/filters.
Develop and manage an editorial calendar of influencer-generated social content that we can leverage across clients social channels (ie.
styling videos, unboxing, live takeovers, etc..) Recommend to our clients and their PR agency partners on influencer gifting to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness Keep up-to-date on social technologies and emerging platforms to uncover opportunities for ongoing growth and innovation You are: A Team Player, committed to a high standard of work for yourself and others.

Creative and structured Problem Solver: must be able to juggle diverse tasks at one time and have strong organization skills, core competency in project management and attention to detail are essential.
You have: 2+ years experience in Influencer agency with a demonstrated track record of innovative influencer marketing campaigns High proficiency in using influencer marketing platforms (Fohr, Grin, Up Influence, Tribe Dynamics etc) Ability to execute Influencer Campaigns A to Z and report on results Ability to make solid decisions based on data: strong ability to track and interpret social platform analytics (Falcon, Sprout, Dash Hudson) Strong autonomous working skills and strong interpersonal skills Driven to succeed and comfortable working in a fast paced environment that requires agility and thinking on your feet.
High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides.
Experience with managing influencers is a plus
