Influencer, Director

Be Social a premier communications agency and decision of Dolphin Entertainment has an amazing opportunity for an experienced Influencer Director.

The Director of Influencer is responsible for spearheading paid and organic influencer strategy and client relationships for Be Social’s client accounts.

This important role acts as a senior advisor, educating clients on the paid influencer process, managing expectations, and driving the overall strategy for the account.

The Director controls the process and communication within ‘kickoff meetings’ with an ability to onboard a brand, assess their goals and needs, and draft a strategy that sets the tone for the client relationship, from start to finish.

The Director will be responsible for overseeing and working directly on all paid and organic influencer accounts.

The Director will have the management skills to lead and monitor team efforts to ensure the strategy is properly executed, the results are delivered and all goals are met.

Director is controlling the process and client relationship at an elevated strategic level, and executing multiple campaigns from beginning to end.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brainstorm, ideate, and conceptualize with the client
Compile and ensure timely completion of account weekly recaps, monthly reports, strategy guides, status calls and overall plans with attention to goals
Ensure account goals are being met, deliverables executed and client relationships remain positive
Ensure Be Social clients are represented correctly and consistently across all target digital influencers
Lead client status calls, giving comprehensive, concise and clear updates on campaign management
Manage weekly account check-ins for goals and devise ramp up or pivot strategies as needed
Monitor social media, influencer + general digital trends, ensuring the team creates new strategies and reports to clients as needed
Oversee and direct influencer team working on paid initiatives
Oversee and direct the team with daily monitoring of paid influencer coverage across all social media platforms, blogs, and YouTube channels
Oversee and directs the compiling of paid digital influencer outreach lists, budget breakdowns and overall strategies
Provide Team Leadership by creating an internal team environment where everyone is motivated to drive overall account growth and innovation
Responsible for securing consistent coverage and significant results from strategic pitching and influencer relationships to achieve client goals
Run point on all meetings and conference calls
Serve as key agency point of contact for day-to-day paid client communication
Skills and Experience:
Ability to manage employees and cultivate their growth within the organization
College graduate with 7-10+ years of in-house and/or agency experience
Able to identify communication opportunities
Able to multitask and juggle multiple rolling campaigns at once
Collaborative, hardworking, and enthusiastic attitude
Creative, proactive, and strategic thinker
Discreet, professional and well-spoken, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Extremely well-organized, methodical, and efficient, with a good dose of common sense and initiative
Knowledge of social media, blogging, influencer platforms as well as emerging platforms
Proven experience of working in a fast-paced environment and ability to work well under pressure
Proven track record of creating a positive impact on business through paid influencer campaigns and communications strategy
Strong MS Word skills and Mac proficiency.
