What You Will Be Doing
Learn our customer’s business strategy in order to understand how data will be leveraged to provide the best possible solution Be an expert on our service offerings Inform and make recommendations regarding pricing Identify opportunities to expand our offerings within customer’s ecosystems Work cross-organizationally with multiple teams and individuals Keep up-to-date on technical advancements within our industry
What You Need for this Position
At least 5 years of experience in SaaS Customer Success
