About The Role
This Influencer Community Manager role reports to the Head of Influencer Community and offers the chance to lead communications and community development at ShopYourLikes.
Success in this role means building out the SYL brand presence on social channels and private forums, creating new relationships and magnifying our voice along the way.
Success also means helping drive the best-in-class customer service we offer influencers today via chat, e-mail, and social channels.
At the end of the day, what matters most is that you are seen as a positive ambassador of the SYL brand and an advocate for the needs and concerns of our influencers.

Responsibilities Include
Building and managing SYL’s brand presence on public-facing social channels and private groups and forums
Managing influencer communication via live chat, email, social media channels and zoom calls
Developing communications for retailer promotions and distributing them to influencers and our account managers to promote
Developing and owning documentation for influencer onboarding, training, FAQs, etc.
Understanding and advocating for the needs of the SYL community
Trouble shooting issues and managing concerns in a positive and timely manner
Acting as an SYL brand ambassador, carrying the trust, honesty, and integrity that define us today
Requirements
3-4 years of experience in social media, community management, or the affiliate space
1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing or influencer community management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deep knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube social platforms
Experience building new relationships and nurturing current relationships with influencers/customers
Highly personable and shows an elevated level of dedication, enthusiasm, and motivation
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree
