The Influencer Marketing Manager will implement the day-to-day strategy and campaign execution for Karma and Lucks current and growing business.

The ideal person will have proven experience identifying and engaging influencers, managing influencer outreach programs, and creating engaging, brand worthy content.

This person will also have deeply rooted interest in culture, entertainment, and lifestyle and be able to identify key influencers for both paid and earned opportunities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Scale the earned influence marketing outreach strategy across social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.

Spearhead the entire influence campaign management process.

Measure, analyze and report out on the impact of the influence program & activations.

Manage relationships with all applicable influence outreach agencies.

Build social media campaigns and continuously test, optimize and analyze those campaigns based on key KPIs of retention and installs.

Support marketing decisions, design plans and overall strategic planning.

Can take direction and execute areas of responsibility.

Generate reports and be able to drive attributed revenue to the marketing department.

Understand brand values and recruit social media influences accordingly.

Develop, pitch, and execute innovative influence marketing strategies and creative campaigns that push Karma and Luck and the industry of Influence Marketing forward.

Identify and build relationships with prominent influence’s and thought leaders.

Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes.

Develop content ideas and write and curate content.

Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users.

Keep track and report emerging trends, technologies and influences.

Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels.

Qualifications 2 years of work experience in Influence Marketing and social proven experience driving revenue within an organization.

In-depth knowledge of Social Media Marketing Industry Impeccable written and verbal skills Outstanding Project Management skills Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.

An aptitude for high-level networking.

Stay up-to-date on the latest cultural trends and innovations in the social world Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to juggle scope and resources to meet deadlines consistently Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
– charismatic, collected, and able to solve complex situations Must have strong presentation skills
– able address groups and speak to clients had varying levels Passionate about Social Media, Influencer Marketing, with an emphasis on multicultural marketing Commitment to excellence — working nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipating issues and communicating with internal pods Knowledge of culture, fashion, sports, music, and tech is a must Has existing relationships with digital influencers Proficient in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Calendar, etc.) Experience in cultivating influence relationships.

Excellent writing and language skills Technical knowledge of social media platforms.
