We’re looking for an Immigration Program Manager to join our People team!

  • What you’ll do:

    • Support internal and external US immigration processes, policies, and protocols

    • Field questions, creatively addressing escalations and making process improvements

    • Collaborate with recruiting, HR, and hiring managers to create a seamless and efficient approach to recruiting, onboarding and integration across offices

    • Work on complex immigration projects and programs, which will include H-1B CAP season, a seamless L-1 transfer process, PERM, worksite compliance and contingency planning options for known programs and in response to new policies

    • Post DOL notices regularly and sort government mail/notices

    • Work to build out a scalable immigration program that adheres to local laws and regulations, finding the balance between a positive candidate/team member experience and doing the right thing for the business

  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Experience with U.S.

      corporate immigation matters 

    • Thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment and is able to juggle competing priorities in a dynamic environment

    • Experience in exercising independent judgment and discretion while using company policies and practices to analyze situations, spot potential issues and determine appropriate action

    • In depth knowledge of various nonimmigrant visas, and the stages of the permanent residency processes (required)

    • Act as a change agent to drive large scale improvements to the immigration and global mobility programs.

    • Familiarity with I-9 requirements and the E Verify process

    • Familiarity with Workday and Google Suite

    • In house company experience with both US and international immigation matters 

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

      Ability to prepare and explain immigration processes to various audiences.

  • Minimum Qualifications: 

    • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience

    • 5+ years of experience with high volume employment-based immigration or similar

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Track record of gathering, cleansing and analyzing data to support program strategies, work stream processes, and service delivery

    • Innovative, creative and constantly looking for ways to tweak and optimize a process

    • Customer service oriented with a demonstrated desire to partner with others, ability to serve multiple customers and deliver an excellent team member experience

    • Proven track record improving immigration processes and team member experience

    • Experience working for a hyper growth company
