– driven by a common purpose to deliver a better world.Job Summary/ResponsibilitiesManage Document Control System for $2B rail transit programLead Document Control teamManage document distribution, version control, retention, and archiving of all program documentsWork with Design-Build Contractor’s document control teamTrain staff on Aconex DCSOversee configuration managementUpdate Document Control Plan and Document Control Procedures as neededImplement improvements to the DCS and provide guidance to program leadership and the program teamManage project closeout processesMinimum RequirementsBA/BS 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadershipPreferred QualificationsWorking knowledge of AconexExperience with FTA-funded programsExperience with design-build projectsExperience with rail transit programs over $500MProficient in MS Office applicationsExcellent communication skillsAdditional InformationRelocation is not available for this positionWhat We OfferWe will give you the flexibility you need to do your best work with hybrid work options.
