Fabletics is looking for a SeniorMedia Manager, Paid Search.

How Do You Fit In?

The Senior Media Manager, Paid Search will be responsible for growing and optimizing digital marketing and customer acquisition programs to drive new subscriber growth across the Google and Bing ads suite of advertising for Fabletics. You will be our in house expert and leader for all things Google/Bing Search, Shopping, Display and Discovery efforts, as well as be the cross-functional partner to our in-house media measurement team and external vendors for partnering on test strategy and plans. You will have an opportunity to own and grow out our SEM program to a significant portion of our media mix and be an industry leader in the e-commerce space!

This position will report to the VP, Acquisition Marketing.

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management, execution, and optimization of SEM and Shopping campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, through SA360 integration
  • Proactively identify opportunities for optimization, insight, and expansion.
  • Develops responsive search ad copy, extensions and onsite creative relevant to SEM
  • Build strong relationships with external partners (Google/Bing) as well as internal partners such as EU search teams, media measurement, ad tech, site merchandising and creative.
  • Strategizes testing/learning plan to drive efficient scale through partnership with external and internal partners/stakeholders.
  • Track and analyze metrics to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the campaigns.
  • Develop longer term Paid search roadmap and be an expert in emerging trends developing at Google (Pmax, chat gpt and bing, discovery ads etc).

What You Can Bring

  • At least 6-8 years of technical experience with search/shopping campaigns on Google and Bing
  • Experience using SA360 or other bidding platforms
  • Proven ability in scaling and managing 7 figure + monthly google accounts
  • Experience managing product feeds and optimizing PLA listings in the retail space
  • Solid PowerPoint and Excel skills – experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Must be a team player and understand that we succeed individually and as a team. Your contributions will make our business and team stronger.
  • Proven ability to multi-task, deliver exceptional results, and motivate others in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • An interest in Demand Generation/User Acquisition/Computational Marketing – experience in the field is a plus.
  • Must possess curiosity, integrity, self-motivation, and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Great communication skills
  • Strong analytical and quantitative expertise in marketing platforms, attribution, and site analytics
  • Skilled and interested in translating data into actionable insights, and high level of comfort with Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.
  • You live and/or are willing to commute to LA a minimum of 3 days/week: we value collaboration in person at a company-level

The annual base salary range for this position is from $94,470-$132,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
