Katherine Tash Bridal, a Luxury Bridal Brand based in Los Angeles, is searching for a dedicated, results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. As we continue to expand our customer base and industry presence, we require a talented individual who can take our social media presence to the next level. In this role, you will manage our online presence across various platforms, engage with customers and prospects, and build strong relationships with stores and potential partners. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a brand that is currently experiencing a wealth of momentum in our industry. This role will be a hybrid of mainly remote work with a few days in office per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust social media strategy aimed at enhancing brand awareness, boosting customer engagement, and increasing conversion rates
- Manage and maintain our social media accounts, including Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok, ensuring consistency in brand voice and visual identity
- Craft, schedule, and publish captivating content tailored to each platform, prioritizing ad space and engagement conversion over mere content creation
- Design, launch, and optimize targeted ad campaigns on Instagram and Pinterest, leveraging ad targeting, bidding, and optimization techniques
- Analyze social media performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform future strategy
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, comments, and messages
- Cultivate relationships with influencers, industry partners, and key stakeholders to maximize reach and brand exposure
- Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategy fresh and effective
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Demonstrable experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the fashion or bridal industry
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok
- Proficiency in Instagram and Pinterest ad creation and management, including ad targeting, bidding, and optimization
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with the team
