You not only oversee our exceptional HVAC technicians, but you also help ensure the success of the department by keeping our team performing at its best and providing troubleshooting support and training as needed.
Being a strong leader, you help motivate and inspire our team to work toward complete customer satisfaction by doing a top-notch job every single time You provide customer care support as well, as you interact with clients as needed.
Keeping communication lines open, you work closely with other managers to work through any warranty or installation issues that may arise.
You are committed to promoting profitability and growth for our company, and it shows through your excellent leadership for our service department.
QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or equivalentAt least 5 years of HVAC technician field experience3 or more years of experience and/or training in customer service or management in a service industry OR equivalent combination of education and experienceDriver’s license and a good driving recordAble to accurately and proficiently use a computerAre you passionate about quality control?
Do you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal?
