Job DescriptionDue to the extreme growing demand on our company, we have an immediate opening for an Estimator/Project Manager.
We are a rapidly growing contracting company located in Riverside, California with work throughout Southern California.
We specialize in light commercial tenant improvements which include retail, restaurant, and office buildingsQualificationsRequirements:Reads and understands blueprints and specifications and related documents.
Solicits proposals from vendors, subcontractors, conducts site visits.
Working with a variety of people with different levels of experienceCapable of creating Change Orders with time and material breakdownResponsible for creating RFI’sKnowledge and basic understanding of budgets, project materials and laborDemonstrated ability to meet or exceed project budgetsReviewing/approving all project invoices for accuracy and discrepanciesProficient computer knowledge including MS Office 365 Meets with clients, reviews subcontractor proposals.
