HR Manager

Description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate activities of Human Resources Generalists.

Provide guidance, counsel, and assistance to managers and supervisors for employee grievances, attendance, performance, and engagement.

Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of all personnel, ensuring headcount is aligned with budget and sales forecast.

Coordinates preparation of various reports for Plant Managers and Upper-Level Management.

Monitor and maintain compliance with applicable Federal and State regulatory rules.

Ensure employee records Prepare operation schedules and coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality specifications are met Ensures that plant objectives, milestones, and goals are achieved within budget Assist with building a strong culture of continuous improvement through the application of appropriate problem-solving skills and techniques Coaches, trains, and develops employees using leadership skills and lean manufacturing principles Ensures optimal equipment utilization and maintenance activities to maximize productivity and efficiency Analyzes production and other operational reports to identify concerns, reacting quickly and effectively to mitigate problems, ensuring minimum delays and related unplanned costs Establishes priorities and sequences for manufacturing products including one-piece flow, waste elimination, TPM, standardized work, synchronized operations, value stream mapping, visual management, and Kaizen Other duties and tasks as assigned Skills: HRIS, training development, hr management, Employee Relations, Reporting, Ms office suite, Outlook, Sharepoint administration, Communication, and writing skills Additional Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a supervisor or management level role, Bachelors degree strongly preferred Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Personal integrity and the ability to foster teamwork, cooperation, and consensus-building About Aston Carter: At Aston Carter, were dedicated to expanding career opportunities for the skilled professionals who power our business.
