A growing mid-size law firm in Century City is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager on a contract-to-full time basis.
Human Resources Manager will perform a variety of recruiting and generalist duties, including the interviewing and selection of attorneys and legal support candidates, conducting new full-time orientation, assisting with performance evaluations, and establish rules and procedures for all employees. Furthermore, they will be responsible for the coordination between multiple departments, administration and communication of information regarding the health, welfare, wellness and payroll plans. The successful candidate will be able to execute, interpret, and implement local, California and Federal labor laws.
Ideal applicants will have 3 to 5+ years of Human Resources experience and must be commutable to the Century City office. Legal industry is a plus, but not required.
Firm offers above market compensation and full benefits once the position becomes full-time.
