Hospice Aide Scheduling Manager

We are seeking a Hospice Aide Scheduling Manager for our Hospice Aide Department.

This manager will be responsible for providing professional oversight of the Hospice Aide department and expertise on scheduling systems, efficient operations, and customer service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Recruit, manage, coach, supervise and develop the Hospice Aide Scheduler team to achieve organization goals in accordance with agency policy, accreditation, and regulatory standards.

Develop efficient and effective workflows to enable hospice aides to meet visit standards and expectations and achieve high patient/family/facility partner satisfaction.

Implement and maintain an effective scheduling software solution to enable effective scheduling practices.

Monitor and develop strategies to improve hospice aide productivity.

Collaborate with Director of Provider Relations to foster positive effective relationships with facility partners in relation to hospice aide services.

Plan and lead monthly meetings with Clinical Team Managers to ensure consistent leadership and supervision of hospice aides across the organization.

Develop department-wide guidelines and protocols, in collaboration with the Clinical Team Managers Coordinate with the Hospice Aide Nurse Clinical Coordinator to ensure completion of Annual Competency Visits and Supervisory Visits as needed.

Education/Experience: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree or related field or equivalent; or 3-7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum of two years supervisory experience preferred, within the past seven years.
