Robert Half Technology is hiring a fulltime service minded Help Desk Manager to work onsite at our Agency client on the Westside! We are actively interviewing and will make a hire this month!

  3. ZenDesk *Big Plus
  4. InTune * Plus
  5. Will lead two Help Desk colleagues

Job Description:

Robert Half is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Manager to lead and grow our support team. This hands-on role is responsible for leading and coaching members of the Service Desk, establishing channels for employees to get help, and providing end user support as a member of the team.

Responsibilities

•      Manage and respond to Zendesk ticket queue as well as MS Teams chat channel for employee technical support

•      Responsible for maintaining proper response times and security

•      Oversight and maintenance of knowledgebase articles on solutions, processes and workflow

•      Maintain and manage inventory and provide oversight to management

•      Onboarding and Offboarding for accounts and equipment

•      Help identify any systemic ongoing issues and work with desktop support and vendors to identify and remedy issues

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

•      5+ Years of experience

•      Strong communication skills

•      Ability to think diagnostically, working through problems to identify root causes

•      Deep knowledge of Microsoft tools and management, including Intune, Azure, MS Office 365, SharePoint, Adobe and DUO 2FA

•      Experience with AWS, SharePoint and Google cloud services a plus
