Sunnova owns and maintains a distributed fleet of residential solar systems across 30+ states and several U.S.

territories.

The Field Service Supervisor’s primary responsibility is to support the Operation and Management activities to maintain the performance of the solar systems, maintain service levels, provide excellent customer service to our customers, ensure a smooth workflow, and that solar system performance is optimal.< /div><Div> </div>< Div><B> <Br>Field Service Manager < /b><B>Responsibilities< /b></div> <Ul><Li> Manages team of solar electricians and repair crews to complete all system warranty repairs and service order requests within service levels and cost< /li><Li> Provides first and second level troubleshooting for all solar system service requests< /li><Li> Coordinates materials, inventory, fleet vehicles, technicians, and maintenance requirements to achieve service level targets for system repairs< /li><Li> Coordinates field activities to service the systems, either by internal resources or partner technicians< /li><Li> Processes all customer warranty and insurance claims< /li><Li> Provides product and service training to customers and partners< /li><Li> Communicates opportunities and recommendations for modification or process improvements to assure company assets are optimized< /li><Li> Completes other necessary duties as assigned< /li></ul> <Div></div> <Div><B> <Br>Minimum Requirements< /b></div> <Ul><Li> C-10 License</li> <Li>3+ years’ electrical experience< /li><Li> 2-6 years of supervisoryexperience.< /li></ul> <Div></div> <Div><B> <Br>Preferred Qualifications< /b></div> <Ul><Li> 3+ years’ solar experience< /li><Li> Extensive customer service skills< /li><Li> Working knowledge of Salesforce.Com< /li><Li> Fluent in Spanish</li> </ul><Div> </div>< Div><B> <Br>Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities< /b></div> <Ul><Li> Strong home constructionor residential electric knowledge< /li><Li> Excellent judgment in customer relations and managing company resources< /li><Li> Communicates with all levels of management using strong written and communication skills< /li><Li> Ability to work under pressure with strict time deadlines< /li><Li> Strong problem-solving skills< /li><Li> Ability to work as a team member and interact with other departments< /li><Li> Personal Computer skills; Microsoft Office
