Brief SummaryThe Sr Manager of Communications and Employment Branding leads a team responsible for creating clear and engaging communications internally and externally to establish HFT as a well-known great place to work, attract top talent and re-recruit existing Associates.Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a high-performance team of imaginative content creators to design and execute compelling communication and employment branding campaigns.Partner cross-functionally to create strategic employment campaigns using the most effective platforms and formats to attract top talent and drive application volume.Serve as main point of contact for employment branding vendor partners, managing updates, data, vendor insight and budgeting.Establish effective communication voice and tone for multiple audiences, maintaining continuity of message and content across all platforms.Creation and gatekeeping of enterprise-wide communications.Sourcing and support of relevant communications tools and vehicles to drive the continuous improvement of enterprise-wide communications.Scope (Required)Serves as a subject matter expert on employment branding and communications best practices and maintains knowledge of current trends in the fieldProvides regular performance metric analysis and reporting to Senior LeadershipNegotiates plans and strategy with vendor partnersParticipates in strategic planning and budget creationBuilds effective cross-functional relationships in a fast-paced environmentStaff supervision and development — yesDecision making yesTravel – 15%Location— remoteRequirementsEducation (Required)BA in Communications or Marketing, plus employment branding certifications preferredSkills (Required)Strong Written/Verbal Communications Ability to understand and communicate to various audiences, establishing the most effective voice, tone and message.Continuous Improvement – maintain a focus on thinking outside the box, always looking for better ways to communicate and drive engagement.Strategic Agility Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop creative approaches to communications and problem solving, anticipating future impact and potential issues.Drives for Results ability to develop and lead strategic and operational plans through a team.Interpersonal Savvy Strong interpersonal skills; able to maintain and develop top-level internal and external relationships.
