Thorough technical and operational understanding of e-commerce / D2C, as well as experience in email marketing, SMS, inbound marketing strategies is required.Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.Computer/Software Skills: Expert in Shopify or Shopify Plus is required.

Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS and UX design principles to build site content pages is preferred.Job Description:The Senior Manager, Website & E-commerce is responsible for leading our website strategy, design, and execution, and our E-commerce strategy and acquisition/lifecycle marketing.

This individual will combine a passion for user experience to improve the onsite experience, and an understanding of what drives e-commerce sales to drive traffic to the site and increase D2C revenue.

As an expert on web user behavior, this role will advocate for the needs of web users and serve as the go-to person for insight on site traffic and performance.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Build out and own commercial planning of all e-commerce businesses, work closely with cross-functional teams to unlock both revenue and profit opportunities.Manage e-commerce digital shelves and day-to-day website updates; responsible for updates, maintenance, and accuracy of all website assets (creative, copy, product imagery, landing pages, etc.) via Shopify.Partner with Brand Marketing to continuously update sites in line with brand look and feel evolution, and to create a robust content calendar to support SEO and inbound marketing.Develop and execute CRM email and SMS marketing strategies.Monitor site performance, speed, traffic and conversion across all device types.Partner closely with Operations & Fulfillment, and collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Sales & Customer Service to drive the success of the e-commerce business.Improve the e-commerce experience and feature sets by evaluating new payment solutions, customer communication tools, mobile solutions, merchandising tools and other enhancements.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Attention to detail; demonstrate passion foraccuracy in both minor and significant workstreamsConsistently meet deadlines, manage projects and initiatives to completionAnalytical thinking and ability to leverage analytics, interpret data, and measure campaigns/tests to inform our E-comm / D2C marketing strategyCollaboration; works cross functionally within the Marketing department to create the strategy for our website and help identify the most impactful content for paid social adsEffective written and verbal communicationBackground in managing creative production and website and front end/ back-end development oversightStrategic merchandise/product planning and direct response marketing experienceHighly resourceful, flexible and creative in solving problems with a sense of urgency and prioritizationKnowledge and understanding of Search Engine OptimizationUnderstanding of systems integration and web security conceptsGT’s Employee Experience (Benefits/Perks):Health Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD Life & Disability401Kwith MatchingDiscounts on the amazing GT’s product lineCorporate Discounts with our partners thru LifeMart (concert & sporting event tickets,cell phone service, gifts, restaurants, hotels, gyms, childcare, and more!)Others: on-site corporate gym, food trucks every weekday, and quarterly employee appreciation eventsJob Details:Work Hours: Business hours.Work Attire: Use good judgement, keeping in mind the nature of their work, their own safety and the safety of others, and their need to interact with the public.
