Position: Growth Product Manager
We’re on the hunt for a visionary Growth Product Manager who is both data-driven and empathetic to our users’ needs. Your role will be pivotal in driving user acquisition, retention, and product optimization to ensure we’re not just reaching more users but profoundly impacting their journey with hair loss.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategize and Drive: Identify growth opportunities across the customer journey, from awareness to retention, and devise actionable strategies to leverage these opportunities.
2. Experiment Continuously: Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests and other experiments to optimize the product experience and drive growth.
3. Collaborate: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams – from design to engineering to marketing – to deliver on growth initiatives.
4. Analyze and Iterate: Dive deep into analytics to understand user behavior, spot trends, and formulate data-driven decisions.
5. User Advocacy: Ensure that growth initiatives align with user needs, improving their journey and deepening their connection with Happy Head.
Qualifications:
– 3 to 5 years of experience in a product management or growth-focused role.
– A proven track record of driving user acquisition and retention using a data-driven approach.
– Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms.
– Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box.
– Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
