We seek a Growth Marketing Manager who brings expertise and a proven track record of building and managing marketing lifecycle campaigns for B2B organizations across all channels.
You will be responsible for driving leads through the marketing funnel to the entire sales organization, enabling further visibility for our paradigm-shifting technology into industrial sectors.
This role will be responsible for campaign planning, creation, implementation, test design, data analytics, and reporting via paid and owned channels.
This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
This role reports to the Head of Marketing and is based in our Los Angeles or San Francisco office, with remote work enablement during COVID (must work in the same time zone).
Responsibilities * Develop, maintain and execute demand generation campaigns targeting different customer segments via inbound marketing and paid UA aligned with business goals.* Efficiently grow distribution across paid, earned, and owned channels.* Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance across owned and earned channels (LI, FB, Twitter, Instagram), leveraging marketing automation tools as necessary.* Work collaboratively to ideate and develop creative assets to support each campaign.* Improve campaign performances through A/B testing, segmentation, and user survey insights to increase quality lead generation (MQLs) and conversion (through SQLs)* Translate data into meaningful recommendations and present optimizations to executive leadership* Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights from conversations with team members, customers, and prospects to guide your work (content, messaging, positioning, etc.)* SEO: Coordinate resources and activities to improve organic search* SEM: Utilize search marketing approaches to raise awareness, generate new demand, drive engagement, and convert visitors* Generate new pipeline through marketing automation and lead nurturing processes for prospects and customers* Establish, maintain and optimize scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management, e.g., analyzing landing page and email best practices* Help to define our target market, qualification criteria, ideal customer profiles, and buyer personas.

You work well with a range of teams to execute your work productively and collaboratively.* Must be skilled in content creation supported by SEO/SEM optimization and PPC strategy* 5+ years experience in B2B Lifecycle/Growth Marketing/Demand Gen role, familiar with the standard methodologies of lifecycle marketing and user journey optimization, preferably in industrial and enterprise industries.* Experience in Demand Gen/Growth for a similar sales motion, such a SaaS company executing ~$20k-200k ACV deals, vertical experience preferred (manufacturing, industrial)* Demonstrable proficiency in SFDC, Hubspot, Outreach, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, website authoring tools (e.g., WordPress), and G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, and Sheets) and Office 365* Ability to display results in dashboards, reports, and data visualizations* Multitasking a fast-paced startup and ability to refocus and shift priorities as projects come up Plus If…
