Job Title: Go To Market Project ManagerLocation: 100% RemoteJob Type : Long term contract to hire (W2/C2C)Start Date: June 2022, 6 months to start with very high chance to extend and eventually convert ObjectiveThe Client team leads and executes new and existing acquisition integration projects for the organization, working across all areas of the business and partnering closely with many cross-functional BT teams.
We are looking to hire an experienced Go-To Market Program Manager to accelerate integration programs across our entire Business Technology portfolio of work.
This position will sit within the client, reporting directly into the Integration Management Office.
This qualified individual will work in close collaboration with other teams across Business Technology, Technology and Product Teams, Go-To Market and Business Operations teams.
This individual will work on high visibility, time-sensitive integrations through the full lifecycle of discovery, integration strategy and planning, transition and reporting.
Must Have Skills:5 years of experience leading Go To Market Programs ideally Mergers and Acquisitions, 3 years is okay if they have SOLID big tech backgroundPost-Merger integration experienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology or equivalent experience.5 years managing internal client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting and systems development.Nice to Have:PMP Certification or MSP Certification, preferred not requiredDemonstrated history of delivering high quality results on schedule and within budgetDemonstrated negotiation, conflict management and leadership skills.
Job Responsibilities:Create and manage project plans; monitor and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and plans as needed; and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success.Ensure on time and on budget delivery of projects while also ensuring that project gates and governance are properly adhered to during the execution of the project.Track utilization of project resources and manage this against the resource allocation and budget.Manage day-to-day execution of project workstreams.
Lead planning, tracking, documentation and status updates for the project.Able to manage multiple complex large projects or a couple of small to medium sized interrelated projects requiring complex cross-functional collaboration.Exercise solid project leadership skills combined with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills and in-depth analytical capabilities.Facilitate requirements gathering and assist with the creation of project deliverables, as needed.Adopt a standardized development lifecycle methodology for all projects.Facilitate review sessions with the program team.Leverage business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements.Manage Go to Market project teams, budget and schedule.Deliver high quality results on schedule and within budget.
