Merchandise Manager

Now, we’re looking for someone like you to help us financially and strategically build the best esports entertainment brand ever.

Who you are

The Merchandise Manager at TSM will manage the daily operations of the merch department. We are looking for a data-driven professional to join us in the fast-growing esports and video game industry. You will report directly to the VP of Apparel and play a key role in making TSM the #1 esports apparel and merchandise brand in the world.

What you’ll do

  • Create weekly sales reports, monitor sales performance.
  • Monitor inventory and manage replenishments and discounting.
  • Manage uploading of products into Shopify.
  • Manage and update master product spreadsheet and data.
  • Create and manage department calendars.
  • Issue purchase orders and manage general correspondence with manufacturers.
  • Manage correspondence with 3pl/warehouse and logistics.
  • Work hands-on with TSM finance department on all merch-related.
  • Coordinate clothing samples and product photography process.
  • Manage all incoming product requests from talent and sales/partnerships teams.

. Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience in a similar role in e-commerce, apparel, or esports companies.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel is required
  • Strong understanding of the Shopify
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and meticulous.
  • Proven analytical skills and ability to interpret quantitative data sets.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to manage a small team.
  • Knowledge of tech packs a plus.
