Come build with us The Role Our Growth Marketing Lead will help define, execute, and measure a coherent, cross-channel growth strategy in order to drive profitable customer acquisition. Working closely with the digital and in-store channel teams, this role is responsible for developing and overseeing execution of channel strategies, measuring effectiveness and optimizing over time. This role requires a strong track record of driving profitable growth, best-in-class analytical capabilities, and deep knowledge of channels and media. This role is responsible for: Developing the strategy and supporting execution for multi-channel growth strategy. Ensuring there is the right measurement infrastructure in place to effectively measure the effectiveness of campaigns at channel and cross channel level. Measuring and optimizing campaigns including defining goals and KPIs, tracking performance, and adjusting plans where necessary. Leading MarTech efforts to ensure we are able to deploy and measure marketing efforts effectively. Ensuring there are clear plans in place to meet goals, providing commentary of results, and recommending changes to plans to enhance results. Working closely with cross-functional partners, and always with the customer experience in mind, to maximize the impact of marketing. You bring: 10 years of growth marketing experience with a track-record of driving profitable growth. Experience within financial services or fin-tech required. A proven ability to build and develop best-in-class growth marketing teams. Deep knowledge of digital and physical channels, familiar with the latest trends in media and implications for growth marketing. Thorough knowledge of media best practices including all forms of media planning and buying concepts and processes. Excellent MarTech capabilities and understanding of what’s needed for a modern growth marketing team. Strong horizontal and vertical analytical skills, able to translate data, performance, consumer, competitive, industryinto insights and action. Pay Transparency The estimated annual base salary for this position ranges from $225,000 to $240,000. Pay is generally based upon the level, complexity, responsibility, and job duties / requirements of the specific position.
