The ideal candidate is passionate about the restaurant industry and thrives in work environments that demand structured problem-solving approaches and comfort with using data to make informed business decisions.
Finally, this candidate is excited about collaboration with leaders across the business, interacting with restaurant owners regularly, and rolling up their sleeves whenever necessary to get the job done.
About the Role
* Obsess over your market, including key top-line metrics encompassing sales, profitability, and food quality
* Partner across sales, field operations, engineering, and business operations to prioritize key initiatives that drive improvements to marketplace health
* Extract scalable learnings from your market to inform market management strategy across all US markets
* Develop and prioritize initiatives for local growth, and be willing to personally execute to ensure things get done
* Be the face of All Day to local restaurant partners, regulators, and other external parties in your market
* Stay in-tune with local regulations or policy changes impacting the All Day business in your market
Requirements
* Prior experience in an operational or consulting role, with experience at a marketplace-based business a plus
* Growth mindset and strong sense of ownership for your work
* Fluency in both data manipulation and analysis —
– an ability to answer the why behind movements in key metrics
* Excellent verbal and written communicator
* High emotional intelligence; ability to flex communication style depending on your audience.
Experience building relationships with restaurateurs is a plus
* Ability to approach challenges with a first principles perspective
* Excited to work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
* Track record of exceeding goals
