We believe in our culture, an amazing work environment, and endless ice cream… not to mention competitive benefits and great growth opportunities!< Br><Br> <B>Position Overview:< /b> A Salt & Straw General Manager will oversee store operations & customer service, including P&L responsibility, employee hiring, scheduling and management, food safety, inventory, regulatory compliance, reporting and store efficiency and optimization.< /p><P>< B>Primary Job Responsibilities:< /b></p> <Ul><Li> <P>Recruit, hire, train, supervise, coach, and counsel Team Members< /p></li> <Li><P> Leadership of a professional, FUN & positive Team Member and Customer experience< /p></li> <Li><P> Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations by following and enforcing ServSafe regulations< /p></li> <Li><P> Foster and lead environment of sales driving in all channels to meet sales budgets and forecasts< /p></li> <Li><P> Compile work schedules and reports< /p></li> <Li><P> Ensure shop is in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations< /p></li> <Li><P> Performs all Team Memberjob duties including scooping and other tasks to ensure great customer service< /p></li> <Li><P> Control inventory and purchased spend management< /p></li> <Li><P> Enforce Salt & Straw corporate policies and procedures< /p></li> <Li><P> Plan, organize, coordinate and manage ice cream preparation and sales operations< /p></li> <Li><P> Analyze food service retail operations and cost effectiveness; communicate with Store Team and Corporate to implement improvements or changes, issues and concerns relating to ice cream menu items, service, menus, recipes, policies, operational procedures, facilities and equipment< /p></li> <Li><P> Place purchase orders for supplies, commodities and associated products and support for the purchase or requisition of retail & food service equipment< /p></li> <Li><P> Maintain recipes, pricing and portion control; maintain weekly and monthly reports as required.< /p></li> <Li><P> Maintain and report to Salt and Straw Support Center; temperature logs, receiving logs and packing lists, inventory control logs, Store Self-Assessment audits, sales and tip data< /p></li> <Li><P> Report Human Resources or Customer incidents to Salt & Straw Support Center< /p></li> </ul><Ul> <Li><I> The above points should not be considered an all-inclusive description of the job or job duties.
