If this feels like you, we can’t wait to get your application!nn nn n nn nnWe’re looking for an enthusiastic General Manager that ensures an efficient and effective operation of our new premium club opening in Los Angeles.

You’ll provide management and leadership for our membership, fitness, and operational teams to deliver a unique, world class fitness and lifestyle experience.

Your role will report into the Chief Operating Officer for RSG Group North America.nn nn nn nn Responsibilities include:nn Create, form and cultivate the brand to deliver a unique club atmosphere for our Los Angeles location.

Oversee a warm welcoming environment for all club operations, including membership acquisition.

Oversee talent acquisition, training and development of a high-performing club team.

Lead by example and nurture a positive team spirit.

Monitor member satisfaction and ensure a consistently evolving world class member experience, echoing the brand values.

Control operational expenditure against budget, whilst challenging the status quo within an entrepreneurial culture balancing commercial performance with member experience.

Manage all member facing events, including communications with our marketing team.

Support the greater RSG Group Leadership team as a strategic team player nn nn nn Requirements: nn Minimum of 8 years of management in a fitness, hospitality, or retail environment, including direct experience revenue generation, P&L Management, guest satisfaction, recruiting/onboarding, people management, and development.

Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) preferred, but not required.

Ability to proficiently use POS and CRM systems, timekeeping, and any other computer programs required to meet business needs of the club.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Natural leader that is organized and structured, coupled with a warm and friendly nature.
