Gallery Director

The Gallery Director will work with the CEO, and COO, to ensure all Noho Modern, Inc.

(the “Studio”) needs (including production, client service, and finance) are met.

The Gallery Director supervises the Client Service and Internal Operations and ensures the highest level of customer service within the same.

Our Gallery Director will also work closely with clients, the Workshop Manager, and Production Manager
– communicating, organizing, and planning production to meet target lead times.

Our Gallery Director is a critical role that leads and manages cross-functional projects across the Studio, with focus on both scaling business operations and improving customer experience.

Duties include, but not limited to: Supervise and manage our internal and external operations teams.

Ensure a high level of customer service within the Client Service Team and at the Studio at large.

Regularly meet with CEO to strategize and improve client relationships.

Work with closely with CEO on orders in need of unique fulfillment requirements.

Work with COO and CEO on any large
– or small-scale goals for the Studio.

Work with design team, production team, and clients to ensure orders are fulfilled within Studio lead time per our terms of service.

Ensure that final products meet quality standards and customer specifications.

Ensure client payments (checks and wire transfers) are received in a timely manner and handle payment discrepancies.

Manage and maintain QuickBooks: Applying payments in QuickBooks to open invoices.

Ensure QuickBooks pricing, as well as physical pricelist, is up to date and accurate.

Adjust pricing only with the approval of CEO and COO Manage customers profiles in QB to ensure correct tax rates are being used (monthly reports provided by administration staff) Manage products and services in QB to ensure all information is correct and up to date Monitor sales data and keep management informed by submitting daily/weekly/monthly reports.

Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations.

Manage and maintain sales and client records.
