MANAGER, ALT CHANNEL SALES (Small Business) Responsible for local engagement activities within assigned market, including Small Business sales and relationship-building activities.
Leader of field sales channels & community relationshipswith real-estate developers, owners of multi-tenant units and commercial leasing agents etc.
Involvement & participation with Business-to-Business organizations to expand SMB networking opportunities.Grow sales & market penetration of Frontier’s Small Business products within base fiber and expansion fiber markets within assigned region.
Develop and execute sales channel strategies to achieve sales targets.This position will direct segmented marketing for the Small Business channel while being collaborative with the marketing team, sales operations, sales enablement & channel leadership.Responsibilities but not limited to:Develop and execute Small Business sales channel strategies to increase sales and market penetrationExpand and develop B2B Community and Real-Estate relationships for optimal small business sales opportunitiesManage and grow Master Agent programsManage and grow D2D Vendors/AgentsManage & distribute small business marketing sales leadsDirect all projects within timelines (inception to completion)Manage and leverage organizational support to fulfill Small Business sales channel support and sales needsEnsure vendor participation in all product & offer training curriculum and knowledge checksDaily order research and correction to assist in sale efficiency and through-put; mitigate order fall-outManage Integration, Fulfillment and Commission support for channel sales, order processes, third-party vendors and fulfillment partnersLead regional Small Business sales channel support or assigned roles on Channel Execution objectives and plansJob Requirements:Extensive agent sales experience (minimum of 10 years) with at least 5 years in a management role in the Telecommunications industry or a high-tech industry preferredExcellent communication skills strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to perform as a strategic thinker as well as a tactical performerProven track record of driving sales teams and vendor successPrevious experience leading diverse team of individuals and creating an environment that encourages creativity and excitement while producing consistently strong sales resultsMust have success in leading sales teams towards common goals that result in sales & revenue generationExperience in Local Engagement and Community NetworkingBachelor of Science degree in marketing or business required; MBA preferred.Ability to travel as needed…travel required (25%+) for vendor recruiting, training, relationship development, Trade Shows & Events and driving sales.Proficiency in MS Excel, specifically, in-depth knowledge of pivot table functionsNew hires must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by their start date with the company (or have been granted a religious or medical exemption accommodation).
