Front of House Manager

De La Nonna, a pizza anchored Italian restaurant in the Arts District is hiring! 

We are growing our team, and hope to meet a manager who is motivated, passionate, and friendly. Looking for someone with experience writing a schedule, maintining systems, placing orders, and training staff. 

We operate under a hybrid service model, in which our guests order at the counter with our cashiers, then sit anywhere they’d like in the dining room or patio while our staff brings everything out to them. As such, we don’t have traditional servers, and instead our managers, supervisors, cashiers, and hospitality staff assist in the guest experience to make sure everyone feels welcome and cared for while here. All hands on deck during service, with a culture of everyone helping anyone who may need it. 

We offer competative compensation, employer paid health and voluntary benefits package, 401k, two paid weeks off a year, two days off in a row, and a respectful work environment where we aim to do our best, while enjoying ourselves.

You may be sick of working in a traditional service model. We were too, so we opened something different. Respectful communication, growth opportunities, good money, and our hours are 12pm-10pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and 12pm – 11pm Friday and Saturday.
