FP&A Manager (Systems & Consolidations-Remote)

*Finance Manager (Systems & Consolidations-Remote)* **This is a remote position with up to 25% travel required.

Travel will include trips to our San Francisco headquarters, Hair Color Bar hubs across the country, and other events.

** Madison Reed is looking for an FP&A Manager as a support to our Sr.

Director & VP of FP&A.

As a part of the Madison Reed Finance team you will be focused on providing our business partners with exceptional support, while having the unique opportunity for meaningful exposure to senior executives, new business initiatives, and everything in between.

*What you will do:* * Lead corporate consolidation and reporting across multiple channels * Assist in implementation and continued development of our financial planning system * Lead ongoing financial planning system administration and maintenance, ensuring accurate and timely reporting * Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of business issues, strategies, and risks and profitability opportunities.

* Partner with Sr.

Director of FP&A and key stakeholders to produce the annual budget, 3-year strategic plan, and monthly rolling forecast including balance sheet and cash flow forecasting.

* Create and distribute executive metrics reporting, summarizing insights across channels and lines of business to cross functional partners and executives.

* Support Director of FP&A & VP FP&A with ongoing decision support, modeling, and ad hoc analysis as needed to evaluate investment opportunities, drive sales and/or expense efficiencies.

*What You'll Bring:* * 5-7 years in corporate finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience in Finance (Budgeting, Performance Reporting, and Financial analysis).

* Ability to implement new processes and systems; familiarity with Netsuite, SAP, Hyperion, Tableau, Looker, TM1, Adaptive Planning, BPC, etc.

and Financial Planning system implementation and/or administration experience desired * You enjoy problem solving
– digging into complex and ambiguous data sets and synthesizing the “so what” at an executive level * You are self-directed, thrive in ambiguous situations, and love to take charge of complex tasks with minimal direction.

* You are excited about the opportunity to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, and to be a key partner as we scale the company.

* Background in DTC subscription business and experience in both early stage and later stage growth companies desired.

* You are eager to develop new ways of approaching business challenges independently and proactively, leveraging technology and systems to drive efficiency and cross-functional collaboration * You have excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
