Sqirl is growing with dinner service!
With dinner on the horizon and the addition of beer and wine service, we are looking to add a floor manager to our team who’s shifts may include some AM and some PM floor management. Currently, with only AM, you would train with our current managment team in order to understand the flow and intricacies of the restuarant.
Producer Driven Natural Wine knowledge / background a plus! We are looking to add a floor manager to our team who has already been in a leadership/management position.

Reports to: General Manager
MOD RESPONSIBILITIES AS THEY ARE CURRENTLY SET FOR AM:
- AM – Set-Up for Day’s Success
- Set up Market Station
- Ensure service standards are upheld
- Be a contact for AM Catering
- THROUGHOUT SHIFT – Be a strong floor presence and support to the staff
- FOH Breaks
- Assist FOH staff – extra hands
- Customer Service
- Assist with any guest issues that arise and try to solve fully and promptly while guest is present
- Support Management Team
- Consider Flow of Service and Sales for the Day
- EOD – Close out shift
- Check out Staff
- Close out open tabs
- Send out EOD report to all Managers
- Check in With Kitchen Manager(s)
- Hand off email
