– Licensed Nursing Home AdministratorNorthern Illinois Region We are seeking an experienced Executive Director with the ability to travel to various AbleHearts facilities in Northern Illinois as needed when there is a vacancy in leadership.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a compelling and dynamic individual with a proven ability to drive innovation and growth and who is a thought leader that can inspire others through living our mission.
As a “floating” Executive Director with AbleHearts, you will lead lead our staff and residents at various facilities and then assist the incoming Executive Director in acclimating to the community by providing hands-on leadership and strategic guidance so they can then expertly manage all aspects of facility operations and deliver strong financial results, all while creating a culture of person-centered care.
Expertise:Strong focus on patient safety, quality, compliance performance in parallel with effective operational, financial, business development and strategic planning skillsStrong track record of demonstrated success and profitability in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)Demonstrates a high level of market acumenUnderstands SNF performance metrics and clearly articulates areas of focus for performance improvementDevelops and manages a team of high performing leadersServes as a positive role model and mentorsExcellent communication abilities.
