Primary responsibilities for this position include Human Resource functions such as interviewing, hiring, onboarding and training all new hires, creating and maintaining schedules for Shift Managers and Car Wash Team Members, ordering of supplies for both the office and car wash facility and creating and submitting management reports to the General Management and other duties assigned as necessary.Essential Functions PeopleAssist in leading the facility based team Acquire – build and maintain a team of high-energy, customer focused team members Onboard – make sure each team member knows their role and is equipped to deliver a great customer experience Develop – set clear objectives and manage performance, remove obstacles and support the team in achieving results Retain – foster a team environment that recognizes and rewards great performance ProcessAssist General Manager in overseeing all site daily operations Financial – maintain profitable performance to include site revenue and expense management Efficiency – continually assess site process controls Operations – manage work scheduling and facilities maintenance across multiple shifts Safety ensure a safe environment for both team members and customers ProductEnsure an exceptional customer experience Satisfaction – manage the overall customer experience: site appearance, check-in, wash quality, wash experience, team member interactions, etc., to drive high customer satisfaction Dispute resolution – oversee the resolution process and serve as an escalation point for all site disputes QualificationsCRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS Required qualificationsHigh school degree or equivalent required A results focused leader with 1 years management experience in a customer focused environment Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a high performing teamMechanical aptitude required to maintain daily operations Flexibility to manage a seven day per week operation with exposure to the elements Demonstrated commitment to help others – customers, team members, community Preferred QualificationsExperience in car wash operations is highly desired Desired skillsEffective communicator superb listener and communicator; able to assess a situation quickly to understand and exceed customer and team member needs Customer focused with a sincere desire to help; calm under pressure andable to reassure customers that they’re Drive for results – has a bias for taking action; works with a sense of urgency to find solutions to problems Collaborative able to work independently and as part of a group; takes pleasure in providing a positive attitude to the team and a high level of service and quality to customers COMPETENCIES Member FocusedDedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of Members/customers Establishes and maintains effective relationships with Members/customers and gains their trust and respectIs committed to customer service and acts with Members/customers in mind.

Frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting.
