Responsibilities:

The Field Marketing team leads the way in customer acquisition and education.

Due to the fact that most homeowners are simply not aware of potential incentives they may qualify for, the Field Marketing teams help begin the process by canvassing neighborhoods to identify homes that may qualify for the available programs.

By speaking with the homeowner, we are able to determine if we can sponsor a free energy assessment to determine full eligibility.

The Field Marketing personnel will guide the homeowner through the assessment process to make sure we exhaust all avenues of potential cost savings.

Due to our current expansion , we are current hiring for Field Marketing positions ranging from Trainee, to Regional Director, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications:

● customer service, marketing or sales experience

Management:

● ability to manage team effectively to meet and exceed goals

● plan and execute daily field operations

● ability to train new personnel
