Benevity is looking for an experienced, self-directed Field Marketing Manager to join our exceptionally collaborative, results-oriented, and growing Marketing team.
This is your chance to help build a Field Marketing function from the ground up as we hire for our first two roles in the US (East Region & West/Central Region).
With your proven background in B2B Field Marketing at a fast-growing technology and/or SaaS company you bring a passion for relationship building, pipeline generation, Marketing/Sales partnership & results.
You are a highly motivated self-starter who can maintain a balance between building a strategic plan and executing flawlessly.
Reporting to the Sr.
Director, Demand Generation & Operations you will be responsible for creating and executing a regional marketing plan, in collaboration with the Sales RVPs, that looks to build on current campaigns/activities in market and build/accelerate pipeline.
What you’ll be doing:
Building a strong Regional Marketing plan in collaboration with Sales to build and accelerate pipeline.
Partnering with fellow demand gen marketers and BDRs, as well as Sales and broader Marketing counterparts, to develop and deliver impactful marketing programs that support our revenue targets.
Leading and executing virtual and in-person field events, joint events with thought leaders and/or industry conferences.
Taking a proactive approach to our marketing calendar and identifying regional trends, trade shows, awards, content placement and sponsorship opportunities that will impact pipeline in your region
Working with BDRs, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Creative and agencies in the development and execution of field marketing plans.
Managing and tracking the regional budget and spend.
Measuring and reporting on territory pipeline building activities to understand contribution to pipeline health, and to evaluate marketing effectiveness/return on investment.
What you bring:
6-8 years field marketing experience in a technology company
Proven experience in a B2B marketing and events role (enterprise software, SaaS, regional marketing a plus)
Willingness to travel 25%-50% (regionally dependent & aligned with all current safety protocols)
Experience in developing and driving consistent field adoption of marketing campaigns
Experience building strong relationships and trust with Sales
Strong project management and organization skills with the ability to independently manage multiple initiatives at once
Excellent written/oral communications and analytical skills
Excellent influencing, problem-solving, and consensus-building skills
Bachelor’s degree
