nn nn To be the ideal Executive Director expert for this role: nn nn -5+ years progressive experience in a leadership role with senior housing, healthcare management, or hospitality industry.
nn nn -5+ years experience leading, developing and training a large team.
nn nn -You must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm in everything that you do.
nn nn -College education in Healthcare or similar field preferred.
nn nn -Must be really inspired to serve the needs of our residents and team members.
