Executive Assistant to President

A premier investment firm is seeking a highly-skilled Executive Assistant to support their President.

Based in Century City, this is a unique opportunity to be the gatekeeper to this high-profile executive.

– Managing a busy and ever-changing calendar

– Scheduling meetings and appointments

– Arranging global travel

– Preparing and submitting expenses

– Creating presentation and meeting materials

– Providing personal assistant support as needed

Qualifications:

– Minimum 8-10 years of support experience, ideally within financial services or a corporate firm

– Bachelor’s degree

– Adaptable and flexible approach to managing competing priorities
