GRADING ESTIMATOR / PROJECT MANAGER
Demolition and Grading company located in Gardena, California and serving the Greater Los Angeles areas including, Malibu, Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, South Bay Beach Cities , Palos Verdes….
is looking for a Team Player, Grading Superintendent, Experienced in Reading Plans, Soils Reports, Bidding, Estimates, Safety Meetings, Lining Out Crews and Heavy Equipment Daily.
Good Communication and Daily Note Taking a must.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SOILS EXCAVATION AND GRADING.
MUST BE COMPETENT in GRADING ELEVATION TAKEOFFS from PDF files and FORMULATING a EXCAVATION and/or GRADING PROPOSAL with a short time turnaround time.
Previous Experience REQUIRED.
You will need to have: Computer Skills, Word, Excel,
Knowledge of Operation of Heavy Equipment (Excavators, Backhoes, Track Loaders and Compaction Machinery).
Case, John Deere, Volvo
Salary posted, based on experience.
Negotiable for the right candidate upon 30 day evaluation.
MUST HAVE a Valid Driver License(CDL) or able to obtain California Driver License (Will be driving frequently to Job Sites).
* DMV Printout will be Required.
