Great opportunity that will consider both hybrid(if local to LA) or remote candidates who are proven.(br /((br /((strong(Job Details(/strong((br /((br /(The EPMO Quality Auditing and Reporting Analyst is responsible for assisting with ongoing EPMO operational activities, creating, and supporting ongoing data and quality reporting, audit reporting, and general support of internal EPMO business operations.

Data transformation and presentation into meaningful and insightful ways, is key to overall success in this role.(br /(The Quality Auditing and Reporting Analyst may also assist on certain projects in support of the EPMO Project Management team.(br /((br /(Qualifications(br /((ul((li( 2+ years’ formal experience working as a business analysts/business intelligence analyst(/li((li( 3+ years of hands-on experience with the complete suite of MS Office Projects, Excel, Work, PowerPoint, Visio, in particular(/li((li( Experience working with multiple data sets and producing meaningful reports, graphs, dashboards, and summary presentations based on this data, using the MS Office suite of products.

(/li((li( Experience creating complex Service Now reports(/li((li( Experience with BI and similar tools would be helpful, but not required(/li((li( Experience working with or within a formal, centralized PMO environment with a working knowledge of Project Management principles(/li((li( Experience analyzing business requirements, making process improvement recommendations, and executing on those recommendations(/li((li( Experience creating and maintaining documentation that may include design, build, and ongoing support materials(/li((li( Experience analyzing and documenting processes and workflows in Visio(/li((li( Strong analytical and problem-solving skills(/li((li( Strong attention to detail(/li((li( Strong verbal and written skills(/li((li( Ability to manage multiple, complex assignments, concurrently(/li((li( Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively, as needed(/li((/ul((br /(Role Specific Qualifications/Preferred Experience:(br /((ul((li( Prior experience in Project Management quality audit reporting(/li((li( Prior experience as a Project Coordinator(/li((/ul((br /((br /(Interested in hearing more?
