As Enterprise Director of Sales, you have a substantial impact at Happy Returns.

You will help drive success for Happy Returns through identifying, developing, and managing opportunities to provide return solutions to retail brands.

What You’ll Be Doing
Work with Happy Returns internal teams (Client Success, Onboarding, Tech etc.) to deliver winning solutions to retail partners and customers.
Develop sales strategies and unique value propositions and solutions for clients.
Develop and manage a sales pipeline.
Design, develop, and deliver, sales proposals and presentations on product benefits.
Perform prospecting activities such as cold calling and networking.
Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and identify opportunities.
Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors.
Stay current with company offerings and industry trends.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
8+ years of sales experience exceeding quotas
Excellent oral and written communication skills & outstanding presentation skills
Experience with consultative, value-based selling
Significant experience in complex, targeted account sales strategies
Ability to manage a multi-threaded sales process and competitive deals
Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines
Proficiency in Salesforce, Hubspot and other CRM software, with aptitude to learn systems
Prior experience with tech startups preferred
