The Employee Relations Manager partners with HR, business, and Allegis OPCO leaders to analyze, lead and support people related projects and initiatives.

The Employee Relations Manager provides overall Employee Relations support, conducting and/or leading investigations and ER administration.

The Employee Relations Manager should offer insightful and data-driven guidance and decision-making that drives performance and minimizes risk to the organization.Responsibilities: Partner with HR and Finance leadership as well as legal counsel to develop and deliver a total rewards philosophy and strategy supporting the Company’s mission and vision, and attracting and retaining critical talent, including:Job code creationEmployment agreementAllegis Partnership: Lead project and change management and implement strategic HR initiatives of varying size and scope within the Company and in partnership with Allegis Group OPCO leadsInternal OFCCP Reporting (Littler)Required Allegis TrainingAllegis committees (ex.

Safe at Work, COVID response)HR Policy Guidance: Partner with HR leadership and legal to develop and manage guidelines and policies supporting the Company’s mission and vision, while minimizing risk to the organizationInternal Compliance: Lead HR compliance program ensuring adherence to state and federal laws, internal policies, guidelines and best practices that effectively minimizes risk to the organization, while increasing operational and strategic efficiencyFederal, state & local laws, leaves & executive ordersAudits (ex.

Absence Management, etc.)Job descriptionsResearch, recommend and implement HR policies and procedures.

Ensure that all policies and programs are applied and maintained across the organization.Provide guidance on policies and procedures and advise the organization on Employee Relations issues.Identify and analyze trends and changes in HR legislation and make recommendations to keep the organization in compliance with state and federal law.Conduct and/or lead investigations and address grievances as they relate to harassment, discrimination, and workplace issues for the contingent workforce.Investigate compliance matters related to FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Title VII, ADEA and other employment regulations and provide recommendations based on information gathered.Investigate and respond to administrative charges and complaints, including but not limited to EEOC, DOL and state human rights agencies.
