THE PURPOSE:
The Digital Marketing Manager role is an ideal position for someone who is experienced in the fast-paced ecommerce space, has a strong background in analytics and applied knowledge of email, search and social campaign management.
They should also be comfortable with digital marketing best practices across multiple digital channels such as search engine marketing, managing affiliate partnerships, and paid social media campaigns.
The Digital Marketing Manager will be involved with all aspects of online marketing including: strategy and execution of CRM campaigns, partnership/affiliate management, data analysis, creative/landing page development and testing, as well as project administration.
A successful candidate will have a growth mindset and long-term vision that will execute solutions for the marketing channel as well as the entire customer journey funnel.
THE ROLE:
- Must have hands-on experience with media buying search and social campaigns
- Drive strategy and identify new opportunities for growth of Affiliate partnerships
- Collaborate with design team to develop creative concepts and campaign assets
- Analyze campaign data, identify actionable opportunities, and measure and report on performance
- Create and execute email marketing strategy and retargeting marketing campaigns
- Special ad hoc marketing projects as needed
THE CANDIDATE:
- 2+ years’ experience and proven track record in e commerce marketing
- Experience working with Affiliate partnerships is ideal
- Experience work and directing creative and design resources
- Experience working with large data sets and complex analysis
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills required
- An excellent multi-tasker, communicator, and extremely detail oriented
- Able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment characterized by growth and change
