Position Overview:

The Electrical Project Manager is responsible for the execution of electrical construction projects in adherence with company standards for safety, quality and profitability.

This position requires expert-level understanding of project contracts, scheduling, budgeting, cost accounting and client management and requires outstanding communication and customer service skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to project budget and report potential risks or discrepancies to proper authorities Manage and control all financial aspects of the project, including budget and projections Coordinate labor and material requirements with Superintendent and Support Staff Prepare project budgets and profit projections Review RFQ/RFP documents and solicit appropriate subcontractors and vendors Manage client relationship and represent the company in exemplary fashion
Experience & Qualifications:
Understands complex project plans, specifications and schedule as well as the necessary resources required to complete projects on-time and under-budget A high-level of expertise in all phases of electrical design and construction Engineering or Construction Management Degree strongly preferred 10+ years combined experience leading electrical construction projects and teams
