Our client, a California based lifestyle and e-commerce brand is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with strategy and analytics experience to join their expanding team. Focused on digital marketing initiatives across strategy, analytics, and creative management, the Marketing Manager brings experience leading a brand or product launch from start to finish with measured results.
Most Days You:
- Work closely with the Brand Creative Director in the development, strategy and execution of the digitally native consumer goods and mission driven lifestyle brand.
- Manage and leverage data from cross channel digital media platforms to develop insights and set KPI and ROI metrics
- Lead and manage all digital media channels including website, email, social media and advertising collateral to drive sales optimization and brand awareness
The Ideal Match:
- Brings a proven background utilizing data, analytics, and cross channel sales optimization strategy for a notable brand or product in the home, beauty, fashion and/or lifestyle industry
- Is creative in practice with the ability to think holistically and strategically to inform brand/product influence
You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in a growth oriented direct to consumer goods environment leveraging digital channels to increase influence and sales
- Experience leading a consumer brand/product from inception through launch optimizing data and analytics for digital and social media platforms
- Proficiency in digital and social media listening/analytics tools including Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, email marketing and SMS marketing
