POSITION
As a dispatch manager, your job duties include:
Training new employees
Delegating tasks
Coordinating the daily workload
Documenting productivity
Overseeing incoming and outgoing calls
Reporting to senior management
REQUIREMENTS
Must have 2-3 Years of Dispatching Experience in a fast paced environment!
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite
Ability to Multitask in a fast paced environment
Superior Customer Service
Effective Communication skills
Willingness to adhere to assigned tasks
